Sanitary grade tube, flow components, tank & cleaning equipment

industries. All the tube shall be well electro polished inside &
outside mechanical polished. The triclover clamp, equal tee, bend, 'y'
loop, diaphragm valve, sanitary grade ASTMA A 269 tube, triclover
gasket, SMS union, clamp for triclover, pipe holding clamp, butterfly
valves are some of the accessories used in pharmaceuticals, the
generally used M.O.C is SS 304/ 304l/ 316/ 316l.
Food
grade gasket, 'o' ring & chord are widely used with equipment &
fittings to avoid any kind of leakage. The material widely used as
silicone, nitride, natural, EPDM, and Teflon Features - Body: SS304, SS316 or SS 316L (cast or forged)
- Handle: SS304 Solid bar with phenolic knob
- Seal: Silicone, EPDM is available
- Size: usually 1-4 any size is demandable
- Fitting ends: BS, DIN, SMS, 3A, Weld ends, Male ends and clamp ends
- Working pressure: 0.9 to 10 bar for cast body
- Working temperature: 10oC up to 150oC
